Usually a Spring affair, NSAW is finally happening in an autumnal guise. I’ll be showing work (probably erring on the side of Severn estuary, wild weather, Steep Holme and Denny Island) at 12 Glenwood Rise, Portishead alongside Ian Price (en plein air artist extraordinaire) and Hamish Young (who makes stunning sculptures and Royal West of England Academician). As if that wasn’t enough, the house is perched on the South West Coast path, just behind the sweetest little lighthouse at Black Nore. A path leads from the garden to the estuary.
