I’m delighted to be able to tell you that my Zillah Bell Gallery Printfest award, which takes the form of a solo exhibition at the gallery will take place between the 8th and 22nd February 2025, with a Private View on the evening of 7th February. I’m really excited, and am preparing the artwork as I type! It will be a real overview of my work to date, including mono prints on tissue paper, drypoint etchings as well as more recent mixed media work and large scale mono prints on Japanese paper.
Zillah Bell gallery has built a great reputation, not least because it specialises in original prints. They were the first to champion the late, great Norman Ackroyd and their roster of artists includes Barbara Rae, plus many of the wonderful printmakers that you’ve no doubt met at Printfest.
